Dynamics Investigation (GEDI) Level 1B, Level 2A, Level 2B,
Level 3, Level 4A, and Level 4B data. Functions search NASA
catalogues, download granules, stream HDF5 products from
Earthdata Cloud, and extract geolocations, waveforms, elevation
and relative-height metrics, canopy cover, plant area profiles,
and aboveground biomass. Methods quality-filter and spatially
clip HDF5, tabular, and raster products; calculate footprint
and polygon statistics; create gridded summaries; and visualize
orbital tracks and measurements. The package also simulates
GEDI-like waveforms from airborne laser-scanning point clouds
and supports spatial sampling, predictive modelling,
ancillary-data extraction, and wall-to-wall upscaling with
optional Google Earth Engine workflows.

<r:package>rGEDI</r:package><r:version>0.6.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://carlos-alberto-silva.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/carlos-alberto-silva/rGEDI</r:upstream>

[carlos-alberto-silva] ICESat2VegR 0.0.6

Provides tools for downloading, reading, processing,
visualizing, and exporting NASA's ICESat-2 ATL03 (Global
Geolocated Photon Data) and ATL08 (Land and Vegetation Height)
products. Supports photon- and segment-level analysis, spatial
sampling, gridding, statistical and machine-learning modeling,
and integration with 'Google Earth Engine'

vegetation structure and other land attributes.

<r:package>ICESat2VegR</r:package><r:version>0.0.6</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://carlos-alberto-silva.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/carlos-alberto-silva/ICESat2VegR</r:upstream>

[carlos-alberto-silva] rFDS 0.0.1

rFDS provides an interface between LiDAR-based vegetation
structure data and the Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) for
modeling forest and vegetation fire behavior. The package
enables the conversion of classified LiDAR point clouds into
voxelized fuel structures, generation of FDS input files, and
automated simulation workflows for fire dynamics and fuel
consumption analysis.

<r:package>rFDS</r:package><r:version>0.0.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://carlos-alberto-silva.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/carlos-alberto-silva/rFDS</r:upstream>
